Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using SocialCents services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Eligibility
To use SocialCents, you must: be at least 18 years old, be a Canadian resident, have a valid Instagram account with at least 1,000 followers, and provide accurate and complete registration information.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities that occur under your account, ensuring your Instagram account complies with our guidelines, and providing accurate information.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: use fake followers or engagement bots, create false or misleading content, attempt to manipulate your SocialCents Score, use the card for illegal activities, or share your account with others.
Cashback and Rewards
Cashback is earned based on your SocialCents Score and qualifying purchases. We reserve the right to: modify cashback rates, set transaction limits, withhold rewards for suspected fraud, and terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
SocialCents and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without permission.
Limitation of Liability
SocialCents is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
